Job Responsibility

• Educate customer about the organization's products & services
• Responsible for receiving & responding to customers inquiries
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional prompt manner & provide satisfaction for the customer
• Following up on the feedback, escalation within the internal department & customers
• Involved in sales & marketing plan, direct & coordinate the sales & marketing activities of an enterprise or organization

Job Requirements

• Require to have at least 1-2 years experiences in sales or customer service
• Fluent in Mandarin & English languages
• Passion, interest or with knowledges related to vehicle / high-end vehicle would add points to priority hiring list
• Past working experiences related to vehicle rental or selling would add points to priority hiring list

Job Benifits

• Monthly basic pay ( Min RM4,500 - RM6,800 / Month )
• Guarantee performance salary increment at least RM450 - RM900 / year
• Earn up RM1000 commission for each completed order
• Guarantee annual leave can up to 30 days / year
• Guarantee outfit claim at least RM100 - RM200 / year
• Guarantee birthday allowance RM100 - RM200 / year
