Job Responsibility

• Explore and identify new prospects/customer and business opportunities
  
• To motivate, lead and supervise team members' sales performance to ensure sales increase and meet the monthly sales target
• Support and lead the business growth and constantly update the management team about business performance
• Actively work with the marketing department in coordinating sales & matketing strategies for the relevant solutions and market
• Evaluate costing on goods & solutions to ensure profitable margin for the company
• To develop effective sales strategies in order to achieve sales targets
• Convert prospective warm leads into new clients and introduce our company's products and benefits effectively
• To carry out any other duties as directed by the management

Job Requirements

• Degree in marketing/business management or any related dicipline
  
• Minimum 5years of sales experience with supervisory experience
• Experience and knowledge on plantation or agriculture products is an advantage
• Able to speak/write in good  bahasa malaysia and english. Candidate fluent in mandarin are preferred to deal with mandarin client
• A positive attitude, independent, self-discipline, matured, proactive with sense of urgency & excellent customer service skills
• High achieving and result-oriented, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
• Experince with e-commerce/social media marketing exposure is an added advantage
• Able to work indepentdently and in a team
