? Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
? Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events.
? Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times and booking rooms.
? Assist colleagues whenever necessary to performs ad-hoc task given by management.
? Responding to information requests from authorized members.
? Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned.
