Job Responsibility1. Responsible for the entire account management of the assigned listing. The lead point of contact for all matters specific to the account which includes building and developing a long-term relationship with the customers.
2. Sell FBMY's wide range of Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's) to assigned geographic territories to achieve sales targets.
3. Canvassing, cold-calling and servicing existing customers to build rapport and manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities to sell FBMY's products and services.
4. Acquiring new customers to expand FBMY's customer base.
5. Build and continue the business relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing good after-sales services and consistent customer care to all assigned customers.
6. Ensure a high level of FBMY market penetration through effective market coverage and sales activities.
7. Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till closure.
8. Track & log customer details & report to your Manager daily.
