Job Description:
SALES OFFICER/EXECUTIVE - PO
o To operate the daily EDI for P/O and forecast receiving from customers.
o To enter manually P/O receiving from customers if not through EDI.
o To enter distribute forecast to PC and all internal concern PIC.
o To help preparing for selling price revision, such as cost up/down, where necessary under the guidance of the Section Head.
o To update from to time where appropriate the various costs changed in the Internal Distribution System (IDS) and to delete/add old/new Bill of Materials (BOM) in the said system.
o To support in preparing for Monthly Tooling/Mould/Die report, etc as required by customers in the absence of the Sales Executive at time when he is on overseas trip business.
o To assist and support in any assignment which may be entrusted by the Section Head as and where necessary.
SALES OFFICER/EXECUTIVE - CTB
o To analyse & process forecast receiving from customers and distribute it to internal PIC.
o Distribute Clear To Build (CTB) & DELIVERY Plan to PC and all internal concern PIC, and ensure all aspect is being followed including WIP balance, inventory level, material usage, etc.
o To monitor oversea VMI Hub activities and ensure proper coordinate with Field Application Engineer (FAE).
o Distribute material Supply Plan based on CTB to Purchasing Department and monitor the execution action.
o To help preparing for selling price revision and quote, such as quarter unit price, NPI pricing, where necessary under the guidance of the Section Head.
o To get final customer confirmation on customer appointed CM demand, request, raise issue, which is related to commercial.
o To ensure on customers Open PO quantity is sufficient as quoted LT.
o To prepare and distribute VMI Hub report, capacity plan, Material Buy Off report. etc as required by customer or section head.
o To assist and support in any assignment which may be entrusted by the Section Head as and where necessary.
SECTION MANAGER
o To provide the general supervision of the overall sales administrative activities and documentation flow.
o To develop, implement and review for improvement where necessary the work quality system to ensure for efficient control.
o To handle any relevant aspect of customers' inquiries and correspondences.
o To prepare for sales quotation which should include and identify clearly the incoterms and the mode of delivery, etc where applicable.
o To co-ordinate on the report of the work progress of the part/tooling modification, the tooling asset and lifespan as per customers' requirement.
o To follow up closely on the tooling modification charges and/or new tooling payment.
o To prepare the cost control in anticipating for customers' periodic request for cost reduction which may happen every yearly.
o To assist and support in any assignment which may be entrusted by the Division Head as and where necessary.
o Taking accountability for effectiveness of QMS.
