Job Responsibility1. Responsible for the entire account management of the assigned major account listing. The lead point of contact for all matters specific to the account which includes building and developing a long-term relationship with the customers.
2. Present business proposals based on a solid knowledge of IT, hardware and solutions to help address customers' needs and concerns.
3. Makes sound business judgement based on a good understanding of the market conditions, business opportunities, potential risks and financial impact.
4. Plans and manages sales cycles to optimize opportunities.
5. Build and continue the business relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing good after-sales services and consistent customer care to all assigned customers.
6. Ensure a high level of FBMY market penetration through effective sales activities.
