Job ResponsibilityJOB DUTIES
1. To in-charge of products (Unit Sales) under Zhong Ma Equipment's Dealership as assigned by the Management
2. Sales coverage areas: Miri (Including Limbang, Lawas) and Bintulu
3. Plan Sales & Marketing activities to achieve company's sales target & growth
4. To promote and introduce our company product line to new prospect customer and follow up from existing customer on product performance, customer yearly budget and their satisfaction on our product.
5. To gather customer database and analyzing customers' and market needs. The main target sectors are transporter, oil palm plantation, timber company, forwarding company, forklift, tractor and generator prospect.
6. Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customer by understanding their needs
7. Assessing customers' needs and provide assistance and information on the product features subject such as technical issue or spare parts inquiry.
8. To gather competitor's activities, market information (especially on pricing, model and merchandising techniques), report to Management
9. To submit weekly activities report, lost sales report, monthly report and yearly budget/forecast on time
10. Product support activities including machine delivery, machine demonstration and operating briefing. Occasionally, road show activities.
11. Any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2-3 years working experience in sales
- Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation
- With marketing experience in Construction, Heavy Machinery or Agricultural field will be an advantage
- Able to work independently and computer literate
- Preferable can write/read/speak in Mandarin fluently as the job requirement need to deal with Chinese customer
