Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for tracking, visiting, and investigating customers in the jurisdictional area; collecting and organising data; and actively maintaining good customer relations
Coordination of shipment plans, fund recovery, and customer service work.
Responsible for collecting information on the industry's situation and competitors in foreign sales and summarising and reporting IT.
Responsibilities include assisting relevant departments to do a good job in after-sales service.
In charge of monthly sales analysis and summary report.
Complete other matters assigned by the leadership.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent. Preferably in Marketing, International Trade or other related majors
At least 3 years of international trade operations preferred. Those are from Manufacturing background are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work independently and is a highly self-motivated individual.
Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin (dealing with overseas supplier) English and Bahasa Malaysia.
