Job Responsibilityo Developing sales plans to achieve the sales target and ensuring that the sales plans are aligned with the company's direction.
o Explore new & potential customers in order to achieve a more diversified sales portfolio for the Company.
o Obtaining and collate customer feedback and market information to facilitate improvement in products, operations and processes to develop and maintain market standing and competitive edge.
o Closing sales and respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information to ensure that individual sales target and annual sales goals are achieved.
o Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts.
o Assist in other sales related functions like collect, chop and sign delivery orders and issue temporary receipts to ensure proper documentation to facilitate costing and billing purposes.
o Source and identify new business opportunities, customers, markets and future buying trends to promote business development.
o Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business relationships.
