Job Responsibilities
o Handle inbound and outbound calls and other methods of communication (e.g. email) with new prospects and existing customers to educate and inform customers about our service.
o Service existing account obtains sales and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a work schedule call on existing or potential customers.
o Focuses sales effort by studying/focusing on customer's business needs/requirements
o Qualifies and identifies opportunities and follow-up on potential deals
o Responding to Quotation and RFQ/RFPs, and follow-up on Project Tender-related matters
o Sourcing of pricing for tender project preparation and follow-up.
o Follow up with partners & customers on any outstanding related to sales matters, lead-time, coordination of deliveries price revision, pricing terms and conditions, letters of Authorizations, brochures, etc.
o Update/refresh company profiles, and materials for presentation & seminar.
o Prepare sales agreements and contract business transactions.
o To manage a portfolio of products involving marketing and sales
o Attend to customer inquiries and feedback, investigate customer complaints on quality, delivery, service, etc, and recommend corrective measures.
o Network and manage relations with both new & existing clients and vendors.
Qualification
o Years of Experience - Minimum 1 year
