Job Responsibility Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Preparing sales & marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales & marketing data
- Supporting the entire sales and marketing team by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information, relaying customer services requests
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Proven ability to drive sales process form plan to close
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and to attain targets by the deadline
- Customer service orientation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Sales & Marketing (or related field) or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic ( or related field)
- Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
- Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Positive Attitude and willingness to learn
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate
- Possess own transport
- Willing to travel
- Independent person
