Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities
1. Attend to customers' queries.
2. Prepare Quotation and follow up.
3. Liaise with operation team for equipment delivery.
4. Submit signed Quotation, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Rental Agreement to billing team for Invoice issuance.
5. Collection of payment due from customer.
6. Sourcing potential new customer.
7. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
8. Prepare Monthly Sales Report and provide information about sales activities to management team.
Job Requirements
? Minimum Diploma in any field.
? At least 2 years of working experience in Sales.
? Possess own vehicle and familiar with Penang area.
? Possess good communication skills, positive working attitude and willing to learn.
? Proactive and take initiative.
? Resourceful and adaptable.
Working hour
8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday
8.00am to 5.00pm Friday
8.00am to 12.00pm alternate Saturday
