Off day: Every 1st & 3rd Saturday of the month and every Sunday
Requirements:
1. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 2. Possess good communication skill, professional selling skill, presentation skills & leadership skills. 3. Possess own transport. 4. Can understand Mandarin, English & Malay.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily promotion and sales of products by sales representatives 2. Organize and coordinate sales representative plans. 3. Recruit, hire and train new salespersons. 4. Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales indicators. 5. Reach sales target and goals. 6. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. 7. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. 8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9. Prepare reporting as needed. 10. Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
