Job Responsibility

• Proactively generate leads from cold calling prospects.
• Handle inquiries and provide product knowledge to customers via walk in, email, WhatsApp, dm message from social media or inbound call
• Responsible for doing tele-sales via outbound call for promoting all company's product/packages
• Multi task to ensure can deliver daily numbers and at the same time attentively follow up customer.
• Go the 'Extra Mile' effort to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales target & KPI
• Use a prepared script to influence customers and define eligibility, Follow SOP and text script given for proper greeting and effective communication.
• Record the customer's personal information accurately.
• Require to attend any b2b meeting or event organized or joined by company from time to time
• Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service
• Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
• Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues
• Understand job need, know your customer and provide kind assistance as follow company policies

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate are welcome. Candidate that have experience in marketing/ business development/ recovery and call center also welcome.
  
• Candidate should possess at least Diploma/Degree in business/marketing/e commerce/management/any related.
  
• Have interest in marketing and deal with customers
• Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience and persuasion
• Ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Show initiative to learn and protective to company
• Good interpersonal and selling skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia language
• Have transport and willing to travel if required
