Job Description
Job Responsibility
To support in overall sales operation including Stock, Sales, Logistics (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control)
To liaise with customer for orders, price, and product availability
To follow up closely on the potential customer and new customer
To identify and resolve business problem through discussion with your sales team and customer ? To ensure all sales and customer documentation including all invoices, statement report is up to date available and presented on time
To responsible for the sales collections and adhere to credit control
To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
To execute any additional duties ads assigned by Management from time to time
Reporting to team leader or manager
Job Requirements
1-2 years industrial sales experience
Strong business and communication skill
Able to communicate with all levels of people
Able to work with Team
Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
