Job Description
Job Responsibility
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the sales/marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities. To develop new businesses and exceed customer satisfaction.
1. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
2. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
3.Provides product research and planning, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
4. Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
5. Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
