o Assisting the Manager with sales & operational issues. o To manage documents, and records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving o Review and proofread documents prepared for signature. o Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management & staff. o To provide support for the daily schedule including forwarding planning of workload, coordinating, and collating all relevant paperwork, etc. o To note down the discussion points and follow up on the necessary action, if any. o Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and related duties as assigned by Operations Head.
Requirements : o Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree o PA or admin working experience is an advantage. o Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. o Strong communication skills & ability to communicate with all levels of people. o Aggressive, with learner mindset, able to work under pressure & high flexibility. o Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and other languages.
