Our engineering team plays an integral role in the delivery of after sales service and support to our existing and new customer base.
Responsibilities for Service Engineer
o Repairing, servicing, and installing our medical equipment devices by way of on-site support, remote troubleshooting.
o Required to travel within given territory at a short notice.
o To conduct operator training and technical training.
o Ability to setup network environment based on requirement
o Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
o Managing, troubleshooting, licensing, and updating hardware and software assets
