Job Description
Job Responsibility As a Sales Director, you will have a chance to:
1. Deliver profitable growth for the department in line with company targets and objectives 2. Develop and sustain aggressive business development and sales strategy 3. Identify, create and close opportunities to drive business expansion in Malaysia across industries 4. Develop account coverage strategy and build rapport with major accounts, especially large enterprises 5. Establish sales cycle by making initial presentation, explaining products and services enhancement and additions while maintaining business relationship 6. Develop, execute and track business expansion progress according to plans; work internally with Sales Team to meet and/or exceed target number of pipelines and sales 7. Collaborate with multiple parties internally and externally (Solution Manager, Marketing, Technical Services & Support, external partners, technology vendors) to support company's objective and add value to customers 8. Provide leadership to the function of Sales, Inside Sales and Product Management.
We are looking for an individual with: 1. Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certificate from a recognized institution, preferably in IT/Information Systems/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/Business/Marketing 2. Minimum 7-10 years sales experience managing major B2B client accounts, preferably for tech-related solutions, experience managing FSI or Telco end users is a definite advantage 3. Professional communication and influential presentation skills 4. Ability to grasp ideas and translate into sales pitch quickly 5. Aggressive self-starter who is goal-oriented 6. Own transport and willing to travel to client offices 7. Experience working with a System Integrator (SI) or Technology Consulting organization is preferred 8. Experience leading a team size of 10-15
