Job ResponsibilityJOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the Head of Sales in the day to day of sales & marketing activities, including product training, increase of sales record, plan and implement of marketing strategy, policy and procedure, involved in Research & Development (R&D) for new products, IT technology and all activities to support the company's sales operations.
MAJOR DUTIES
1. Involved in marketing strategies planning, to determine the objective of Marketing Department and to ensure all marketing activities can achieve the company sales target.
2. Responsible to increase sales towards sales target, get new market and at the same time have to maintain the current market.
3. Responsible to all aspects of tender including finding out the open tender, fill in documents tender, submission, etc.
4. Involved in promotion and publicities activity; Design, edit, and follow through till completion all promotional material such as flyers, brochures, catalogue, gift items, involved in exhibition, etc.
5. Ensure customer enquiries by faxes, e-mail, phone or walk-in are answered promptly. Also responsible to prepare quotation as well.
6. To ensure customer will satisfied and get the best products/ services as their request from our company including quality, quantity, price, dateline, etc.
7. Co-operate with another departments in company mainly Project, Production, Purchasing and Account. There is including share the idea to improve our products/services, to give and get information and to chase the claims.
8. To prepare marketing/ soliciting scheduling early of the month and monthly marketing planning
9. To prepare the weekly/monthly report of the past marketing record and attend Department meeting as schedule.
10. Entertain clients/ customers and accompany them during factory visit if needed.
11. To co-operate with marketing team such as provide the marketing information, share the product knowledge, upgrade strategies and discussion to ensure the efficiency of marketing team.
12. Responsible to follow and fill in all related Work Flow requirement in ISO 9001:2008
OTHER DUTIES
1. Responsible to assist project department if the contract is below RM 200K and acting as a 'Project Coordinator' on behalf of company or if requested by Project Manager.
2. To assist in day-to-day work as instructed by Marketing Manager.
3. Any other task as and when assigned by the Management.
