Job Responsibility- To handle a full set of book-keeping and accounts
- To ensure timely closing of monthly accounts to meet reporting deadlines
- To update and keep track of all sales activities of all agents
- To provide administrative support to sales agents
- To liaise with developers on all matters pertaining to sales administration and after-sales SOPs
- To perform and monitor all transactions pertaining to commission payout to agents and employees

As an Admin Executive, you will be an integral part of our back-of-house team. You will be in charge of liaising with Property Developers, Agents, and clients alike. Day-to-day, this means tracking, maintaining, and updating all of our accounts & filing systems related to office operations, sales, and commissions.
Role Expectation
While not a requirement, experience working within Real Estate or Property industries will be a bonus. A successful Admin Executive with us is someone we can rely on as a detail-oriented and hands-on team member. They will be proactive in reaching out to relevant stakeholders to get necessary info and will be professionally confident & aggressive in following up.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp & AutoCount
- Attention to detail
- Experience in Administrative Work
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients and agents who can only speak Mandarin)
