Job Responsibility- To ensure all customer order received, verified, processed, acknowledged, confirmed and despatched in a correct and timely manner.
- Handle, follow up & attend to any customer's incoming call, mail or email enquiries & correspondence with customer.
- To generate Quotation.
- To arrange delivery.
- Building good relationship with customers.
- To coordinate closely relating to products and pricing with salespersons to ensure compliance to customers needs.
- Preferably live in Penang Island.
- 5 days week.
