Job Description
Job Responsibility
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for planning the sale order according to production yield.
? Coordinate with the Production Dept. and ensure output achieves the customer order.
? Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
? Plan & implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve goals and targets.
? Maintained existing business relationships through continuous client follow-up, responding to client inquiries, and resolving problems on their behalf.
? To develop and generate customer interest and understand business requirements.
? Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting, presentation, quotation, negotiation & closing sales.
? Coordinate order taking, production, deliveries, and collection.
? To prepare sales reports and perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
? Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
? Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but 1-2 years of relevant sales experience will be an added advantage.
? Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, and customer service-focused at all times.
? Able to work in a challenging & fast-paced environment.
? Possess own transport.
? Candidates with experience in FMCG industries in mental packaging are an added advantage.
? Good verbal & written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. (In order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates).
? Candidates must be willing to work in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor.
