Job ResponsibilityAs a Sales Consultant:
- You'll be guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their life!
- So you'll need to be able to match their excitement and sell with enthusiasm
- And have a real hunger to earn big and want to succeed, as you'll be rewarded with a brilliant 20% commission structure based on fair sales targets, bonuses.
- You'll be selling the products online, so you'll need to keep up to date with our services to sell with confidence
- Learning the training course, warranty, service and collection/delivery arrangements. Watch out for competitors.
- Translating their benefits to our customers and making them easy to understand and showing exactly why we offer them.
- With an organised approach you'll be recording transaction details and collecting payments
- You'll demonstrate the warranty and benefits to customers to finish the sale
- And you'll be there by phone, chat and email for all enquiries, providing a courteous, responsive approach to customer service
Job Requirements
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- We only accept a femaIe for this role
- Basic level of customer service and interpersonal skills
- No previous sales experience required
- Flexibility and commitment - you will be expected to work/post ads whenever you want.
- Should have a valid Malaysia account to receive the salary.
- Knowledge and awareness of the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
Minimum RM 5,000.00 per month.
Monthly bonuses
