Job ResponsibilityBe responsible and achieve Sales Quota and targets as specified by the company.
o Have in-depth product knowledge of Mitsubishi brand with a view of advising customers efficiently and professionally.
o Perform and adhere to all duty rosters in various departments as specified by Management.
o Handle objections and customer's complaint (if any) efficiently and professionally.
o Perform all indoor or outdoor sales campaign and promotions as instructed by Management.
o Extend maximum cooperation to all Heads of Department, Sales Consultants, and other colleagues.
o Continuously in touch with market trends, another competitor's selling activities and notify the Management wherever relevant and necessary.
o Promote and sell all relevant products and services provided by dealership such as Insurance, window tinting, tyres & balancing, lifestyle & accessories, etc.
o Perform outstation selling and promotional activities as instructed by Management wherever necessary.
o Represent the dealership and brand by discharging daily duties professionally and of high reputation.
o Carry out extra responsibilities as instructed by Sales Manager whenever necessary. A commission will be given based on unit sold. Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
o Required skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent, customer orientation.
o Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
