Job Description
Job Responsibility
Answering questions related to roadtax and vehicle insurance for new and existing customers via whatsapp and walk-in.
Questions are answered using the workflow and scripts provided. Training to answer questions and prepare quotations will be answered by management. There is a guide to refer.
Prepare quotes for potential customers who want to renew vehicle insurance and roadtax by using the system that has been prepared.
Check the list of customers who have expired products daily.
Sending renewal notices via sms/whatsapp to customers every day.
There is no need to leave the office to find customers, the promotion will be carried out by the marketing unit only answering customer's whatsapp/call inquiries.
Having background or experience in roadtax matters is an advantage, but those without experience are very welcome because training will be provided continuously, all you need is enthusiasm to learn.
Job Requirements
Have a minimum of SPM or Diploma
Stay around Ipoh, Perak.
Our HQ office is in Medan Gopeng, IPOH PERAK.
