Job Responsibilityo Take and repeat customers' orders
o Process payments using cash registers and digital systems
o Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers
o Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
o Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean and organized.
o Stock work areas with needed supplies, such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low.
o Greet customers who approaches the outlet
o Assist with food prep and cooking to complete customer orders
o Serve food to customers
o Promote the brand to people in surroundings
