Job Responsibility

• Achieve sales target (monthly, quarterly and yearly)
• Provide excellent end-to-end customer service:
• Maintain outstanding showroom condition and visual merchandising standards:
• Assist with the sales process by maintaining a well-stocked showroom
• Report to Sales Leader/Branch Executive/Branch Manager on customer complaints and/or feedback
• Keep up to date with product knowledge
  

Job Requirements

• SPM or above
• Proven working experience in retail sales
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service focus
