Job Description
Job Responsibility
To achieve budgeted sales target and profit based on company direction;
To represent the company in defined markets i.e. OEM (General Industry, Automotive Industry, Electronics Industry), EMS and other related industries;
To Identify new prospects, developing them to be key customers;
To build good relationships within a customer account: purchasing, R&D, production, quality assurance in order to create and maintain customer loyalty to company;
To analyze and evaluate the competitors' products or system;
To assist in developing selling tools and materials;
To handle technical related matters to serve customer's requirements;
To collaborate with colleagues locally and regionally to close and serve customer accounts.
Job Requirements
Applicants must be willing to travel for outstation visits;
A minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling adhesives, semiconductor materials & dispensing systems is an advantage;
Good command in spoken and written English;
Good PC skills in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point), E-mail and internet;
Result oriented and committed to achieve sales and profit targets;
Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills;
Ability to work hard under pressure and enthusiastic;
Good personality, fast and willing learner with a sales-driven and service oriented mind;
Can work independently and also an effective team player;
Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
