Job Responsibility

• Leading and manage the activities of sales and marketing staff.
• Assist team in executing marketing programs, launches, activities (roadshow) & PR events.
• Control, monitor and ensure accuracy of marketing budget.
• Conduct market research and monitor competition activity.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Assist in determining price lists, discount and delivery terms, sales promotion budgets, sales methods, special incentives and campaigns.
• Any other duties as required by management.
• Manage promotional activities to endorse product
• Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing material
• Organizing or attending events

Job Requirements

• Candidate should have at least 1 year related working experience
  
• Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Tiktok etc
  
• Skills in Facebook Ads/Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
• Fluent in English and Malay
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions
• Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success
• Computer literate.
