Job ResponsibilityJob Description:-
To assist new and existing customer inquiry (Overseas and Local), preparing proforma/quotation, and assist customer complaint and quality issue.
To assist in the processing of PO receive according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
To check payment related issue and monitoring delivery of goods to customers.
To assist in preparing customer order data monthly and maintain good filing system.
To coordinate with all relevant departments to acquire information to fulfil customer request.
To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
Requirement:-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language is an added advantage.
Familiar with the usage of computer, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsible, fast learner, resourceful, good human relation, multitasking skill, sensitive and alert.
Ability to communicate via phone and email effectively
Possess own transportation.
Applicant must be willing to work in Balakong, Selangor.
