Position: Full Time Sale Advisor
Location: Taman Usahawan Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur
Job Description
o Acquire new business opportunities
o Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing contracts
o Nurture productive relationships and create lead generation from a variety of sources through networking, cold calling, using referrals, and more
o Assess the needs and financial situation of a business or individual client and propose a protection plan that meets their standards
o Execute sales strategy to secure competitor business in key and key customer portfolio
o Conduct customer visits, meetings and participate in sales events
o Assess client needs and prepare proposals to secure new business opportunities
o Ensure customer satisfaction
o Always provide customer-centric services to ensure customer satisfaction
o Maintain bookkeeping systems, databases and records
o Continuously update working knowledge and learn about new products and services
o Meet all company's policy requirements
o Able to use the company's CRM software
Job Requirements
o Minimum SPM or equivalent
o No experience needed, fresh graduate is welcomed
o Without proof of income
o 18 - 45 years old
o Apply within 6 months from Appointment Month (req. 2 NOC*)
o Complete Prospecting for Success with 100 names
o Complete GE Assessment Tool (min. score >5 points)
o Pass interview with AD Team
o Adaptability & agility to respond to rapid change
