Job ResponsibilityJob Summary:
- Achieve personal sales goal, attend to customer service, help customers meet their desires
Job scope:
- Meet monthly sales KPI's target
- Confirm the delivery date and time with customer and inform the coordinator on the delivery date/ time and payment method (CASH/ ONLINE)
- Check inventory stock: E- store / LS- Store before issue bill
- Make an order to purchaser (admin) when you are sold the furniture
- Follow up own order (furniture) with supplier/ stock arrived date and unit quantity (colour)
- Confirm for own delivery stock
- Responsible for the customer's sales order balance payment
- Sign and collect the furniture according to PO (Purchase Order) & put them at the right place
- Do Live Video, handle Price tag, responsible for the Fair Order's follow up
- Handle the issues of flawed products with the supplier
- Count the stock twice a week
- Handle tasks assigned by superior
Required Knowledge/ Skills:
- SOP sales techniques
- Have good product knowledge and being clear about the unique selling points of the products
- Familiarize with the sales policy
- Ability to understand/ listen to customers requirement
- Ability to deal with customers of different behaviours and personalities and eventually conclude the deal

Job competencies / Job specification:
- Minimum experience of three (03) years in sales or related field.
- Minimum SPM certificates, bachelor's degree holder are priority.
