Job Responsibility
Job Specification:
Responsible for sales order planning, sales summary, live birds' daily sales delivery update and managing customer complaints.
Key Accountabilities:
Sales order planning - contact customer for daily order, inform customer for DOC availability and delivery arrangement.
Sales summary - prepare sales summary for salesman/customer for weekly payment collection, double check the harvesting records.
Live bird daily sales delivery update - submit sales delivery summary to the management and sales team for reference.
Customer complaints - gather customer complaints accordingly & cooperate with the harvesting supervisor to understand farm condition & delivery status, trace the problem/feedback from customers and inform management.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: STPM or Higher degree
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Ms Word and Excel.
Ability to work in a team.
With working experience is a bonus added point.
