Job Responsibility1. To performs administrative duties in support of the departments function and coordinates the departments scheduled activities.
2. To act as organizational receptionist, respond to organization email and phone call.
3. To handle scheduling and processing activity from accounts payable and receivable.
4. To prepare documentation for registration of vehicle to Puspakom and reports.
5. To assist in handling human Resourse duties such as managing staff attendance, leave and etc.
6. To check and maintain record of necessary office supplies.
7. Any other works and duties as required and assigned by the company from time to time.
