Job Responsibility

• Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision
• Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Implement and manage the marketing plan
• Help create and promote the overall brand identity, core value proposition & philosophy of the preschool
• Plan, directed, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
• Monitor, engage and respond to conversations from various communities on our social media channels, including addressing customer service situations
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in a Preschool
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Possess flair and creativity in designing marketing materials
• Proficient in Photoshop, Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
