Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
1. Receive, process, and coordinate daily Sales Orders.
2. Key-in Order
3. Verify customer information is correct and up-to-date
4. Review orders for accuracy and completion
5. Preparation of Sales related documents.
6. Maintain up-to-date Stock Balances reports of company warehouses
7. Facilitate stock requests for off HQ warehouses.
8. Assist in general office administrative support activities.
9. Filing, data entry and performing good housekeeping of sales/stocks database, etc.
10. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
11. Print Sales Order and email to respective warehouse supervisor and branches
