Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Customer Service
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service
    • Identify customer needs and recommend the product or service to meet their requirement
    • Assist customers in a polite, calm, and courteous manner
    • Greet customer and maintain friendly interaction all the time
  • Stock Management
    • Maintain a fully stocked outlet by checking the stock, placing an order, and displaying the product
    • Change the outlet merchandise display according to season or promotion
    • Perform physical stock count accurately and report variances to Supervisor
    • Keep up to date with product information
  • Procedure Compliance
    • Responsible for cashier operation, processing cash and credit card payments
    • Comply with the selling procedure of controlled items
    • Follow safety and security procedure in the outlet
    • Perform daily housekeeping and maintain cleanliness in the outlet

Job Requirements
  • Candidates with Diploma or retail sales experience are encouraged to apply
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, confident, and helpful personality
  • Be flexible to work on shift, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and computing
