Vacancy Title: Sale Admin
Sale Admin Job Descriptions :
1) Need to handle the walk in customers, demonstrate and presenting about the projects to them, bring the customers to view the Show House and the Site.
2) Contact the customers, explain the projects and make appointment with the customers if the customers wants to visit the Show House and the Site
3) Need to be involved in the Roadshows, giving flyers to the public, and involve in the events held by the company
4) Handle the task given by the company
5) Handle appointment of Sales Admin and Agents customers
Working rules :
1) Working time will be from 9AM-6PM
2) Working 6 days a week, off day one day (will be fixed by your leader, on weekdays).
3) Need to rotate duty to nearby galleries when needed
4) Need to come to our HQ located at Kulim, Kedah for training and meeting
Position Requirement:
1.Female
2.Age below 35 years old
3.Can speak in both Malay and English.
4.An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
5.Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7.Have own transportation.
8.Able to rotate duty/cross sell.
9.Able to travel to our office in Kulim for interview and training.
