Job Responsibility1. TO be based at Bintulu Refinery
2. POSSESS at least a Diploma or certificate in occupational safety & health from any institution/organization that is recognized by NIOSH & DOSH
3. AT LEAST 3 years of working experience in Safety, Health & Environment related functions & system management.
4. FAMILIAR with OSHA requirements and knowledgeable in safety practices
5. To ensure compliance and to promote safe conduct of work.
6. Has specific knowledge and to ensure compliance of OSH legislations.
7. Preparation of occupational risk assessment and safe operating procedure.
8. Monitoring the effectiveness of control measures.
9. Encouraging worker's participation and continuosly improving to ensure sustained compliance to OSH law.
