Job Responsibility?To carry out duties assigned by GM on effective operation of safety and lead the Safety and Health Committee.
? Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
? Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
? Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
? Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
? Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
? Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
? Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims
? Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
?Ensure commitment of respective department to Safety and Health Policy.
?Review documents related to Safety and Health.
?Responsible for arranging and coordinating third party audit if required.
?Responsible to coordinate overall activities on hazard identification risk assessment and review when required.
?Propose any action to Safety and Health Committee and / or respective departments, which may be required to correct and improve the activities, products, or services or Safety and Health deficiencies.
?To report to the Top Management on the overall performance of the Safety and Health.
?Accountable to the failure of the Safety and Health and any accidents ill health.
?Maintaining the effectiveness and enforce of the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environment Development System & ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety.
