Job Responsibility1. Assembling and disassembling robots or other automated equipment such as computer numerical control (CNC) machines or automated welding equipment
2. Programming the motion of robots to perform specific tasks, using computer aided design (CAD) software
3. Installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining robotic equipment such as robotics, motion control devices, vision systems, and various electromechanical components
4. Installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems
5. Conducting maintenance on the robots, including replacing worn out parts and cleaning grease buildup from gears and motors
6. Incharge on site progress monitoring and preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
7. To carry out any other tasks assigned by project manager
Job requirements:
1. Education: Entry-level robot operators are typically required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and take courses in computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) and computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM). Some employers prefer to hire candidates who have an associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or robotics.
2. Mechanical aptitude: A basic understanding of how machines work can help you learn to operate robots. Understanding how to read schematics, how to troubleshoot and how to operate machinery can help you succeed in a career as a robot operator.
3. Problem-solving: A robot operator's job involves monitoring the status of machines and making adjustments when necessary. This requires the ability to identify and solve problems. For example, if a robot is malfunctioning, a robot operator may need to troubleshoot the issue and make adjustments to get the machine working properly again.
4. Those candidate with the working experience in Epoxy floor coating construction management will be preferred.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
