Job Responsibilityo Enforce the implementation of department policies, quality systems, company policies, rules & regulations.
o Responsible to manage and coordinate assigned projects and tasks to ensure compliance within projects schedule.
o Make proper reporting to the superior.
o Responsible in managing new developments, enhancement projects and tasks.
(a) To supervise and train subordinate on new product development information.
(b) To follow up ongoing or progress of new product development, to ensure all relevant documents required is done as schedule.
(c) To ensure tools and jigs develop is cost effectively.
(d) Liaise with suppliers/ customers and concern department regarding development of new & existing products and repair of tooling and jig.
(e) Exploring new technologies for samples making.
o Involvement in product life test study and testing arrangement.
o To assist in carrying out trails/experiments and data analysis for new and existing products.
o Ensure enough supporting data/information, testing and analysis result for BD references.
o Responsible for costing, calculating and preparing of Product Specification Reports.
(a) To assist superior in material/ new suppliers sourcing and pricing negotiations.
(b) To complete documentation for new products, process and Bom to comply with company's procedures.
o Responsible for pre-production parameter determination and coordination with Operation personnel on new line setting.
o To provide technical support to production, quality assurance, procurement and to solve operation problems.
o Be aware and to comply with any instructions, measures, and procedures in respect of HSE instituted by the company at all times.
