Job Responsibility
Responsible for daily operational tasks in compliance with Company's Standard Operating Procedures (example: Food Preparation, Customer Service)
Deliver good customer service to all customers (eg: Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs)
Supervision & Training of staff
P&L Accountability
Handle customer complaints.
Good team player.
Good problem solving skills.
Job Requirements

Computer literate
Those with existing supervisor in F&B or those who wants to develop their leadership skills
