Job ResponsibilityJob Description
o Conduct compliance reviews to ensure business units adhere to regulatory and internal requirements.
o Escalate issues of non-compliance in a timely manner.
o Prepare compliance reports for both internal and external reporting.
o Assist to establish effective compliance program, develop and review compliance related policies and procedures.
o Develop close relationships with business units to engender a culture of compliance within the business.
o Facilitate and/or carry out the relevant compliance training when required.
Job Requirements
o Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Studies or Law.
o Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in asset management industry or similar fields in a financial institution.
o Knowledge of dealing with agency governance related matters is an added advantage.
o Good command of spoken and written English and Malay.
o Good analytical skills in resolving complex problems.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
