Job Responsibility- Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of Industrial Equipment.
- Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
- Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
- Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
- Prepare service reports, quotations and costing.
- Perform PM periodically.
