Job Responsibility1. Customer service and communicate responsively via emails, Whatsapp or web system related to the case.
2. Responsible for customer service and customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain a good business relationship with the existing and potential customers.
4. To organize, follow up and monitor the completion of sales transaction.
5. To prepare and submit the sales report and other relevant reports in the operation of sales department in timely manner.
6. To carry out any duties assigned by the management from time to time.
7. Must be familiar with the social media and any online marketplace.
8. Complete any ad hoc task assigned by the reporting manager.
