Job ResponsibilityMain Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute and manage management team's decisions on short-/long-term HR initiatives in line with company's business direction
Drive the recruiting planning strategies (e.g.: forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with and meet business demands and HR cost control
Execute the performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements
Be responsible for recruitment, selection, interview, evaluation of new hire together with each departmental HOD and perform salary package negotiation to ensure successful hiring.
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
To manage employee relations include planning, monitoring, employee performance appraisal, counselling, grievance, disciplinary issue, misconduct & others
To disseminate knowledge acquired in safety & environmental training effectively to all employee and ensure workplace safety & environmental requirement being followed
Ensure HR policies and procedure are consistently administered and aligned
