Job Responsibilityo To responsible for the daily operations of restaurant
o Enforce standards and manage restaurant operating costs and profitability
o Evaluate guest satisfaction and ensure continuous improvement of customers' loyalty.
o Review service processes and provide recommendations for service enhancement
o Assist to handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register
o To ensure compliance of SOPs, regulations, implementation of policies and guidelines in the restaurant
o Maintaining safety and food quality standards
o Manage quality control activities, cleanliness and value in line with Company's standards and procedure
o Plan, review and execute inventory management, control and to make purchases and stocks based on sales volume
o Report on financial performance and inventory
o Plan and manage staff roster to maximize efficiencies
o Support recruitment effort for restaurant staffs
o Plan, organize and execute training system for staff
o To handle customer's complaints and to investigate the causes and reasons for complaints
