Job Description
Job Responsibility
Effectively manage customer inquiries.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
To be constantly guided by the company's service standards.
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
Follow up and maintain customer relationships.
Research and generate lists of potential customers.
Provide support, answer calls, reply to the desk, live chat, Facebook, and send emails to customers.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with people at all levels.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to independently manage workload with minimal supervision.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison, etc) is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment.
Able to speak/write fluently in English, Mandarin.
Social media savvy.
